Job Description

Workstation: Battisputali, Baluwatar, Jawalakhel, Kalimati, Gatthaghar

We are looking for young and hardworking individuals who will install and troubleshoot our cable and optical fiber services at customer end. This is a great opportunity to learn networking and FIBER-TO-THE-HOME (FTTH) technology. 

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Install and troubleshoot cable and optical fiber connectivity at customer end
  • Provide technical support on client’s end
  • Initiate required action for response to customer service requests and communicates the changes to appropriate personnel/branch/ departments
  • Prepare customer service summary reports, follow-up and make scheduled visits to customers when necessary

Qualification & Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate with minimum one year experience in relevant field
  • Must climb utility poles and work with wires
  • Knowledge and experience in  Internet, Computer operations and hardware/software
  • Self-motivated to conquer a task or solve problem even if it requires working beyond office hours and under pressure
  • Pleasing personality and good communication skills
  • Possession of vehicle and driving license is desirable
