Position: Support Engineer- SMS

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and monitor technical problems on core system and troubleshoot the issues.
• Monitor log sheet of problems related with service and timely solve service issues
• Testing various modules of software before implementation on system
• End user software implementation.

Requirement:

• BE- Computer or equivalent with 1 year of experience in Software testing operation would add an additional advantage.
• At least Knowledge on Software testing
• Strong analytical skills
