Nepal Agriculture Market Development Programme (NAMDP) is a bilateral initiative between the Government of Switzerland and the Government of Nepal. The project is being implemented jointly by Swisscontact/ Swiss Foundation for Technical Cooperation and Center for Environmental and Agricultural Policy Research, Extension and Development (CEAPRED). We invite applications from committed and experienced Nepali citizens for the following positions: 

Position: Sr. Market Developer -1

Reports to: Deputy Team Leader/ Portfolio Manager

Purpose:

The Senior Market Developer will lead the planning, design, implementation and monitoring of sector interventions. He/she will provide strategic leadership of the sector team managing assigned activities in terms of strategic direction, reporting, representing, impact measurement and knowledge management. As a member of the Wider Core Leadership Team, he/she will contribute to the overall management of the project.

Required Education and Experience: Master degree in management or any other relevant field, minimum 5 years experience in the field of market development or value chain development.
