Co-ordinate with all the Team members for the smooth running of operations department.
To be responsible to track the issues if any in test as well as production and providing status report to the respective department as well as bank.
Co-ordinate with other departments as well as bank and handling disputes for day-to-day operation of NEPS.
Preparation of Report template as per the bank requirement for new functionalities or product schemes.
Working with SQL queries for update, select and modify details in system as per bank requirement.
Creating ESM Tickets and follow ups regularly in coordination with Chief Operating Officer for operation related disputes and Product Development Manager/project manager for new enhancements/developments related matters.
Testing of issues in Back office in Test as well as deploying in production environment, coordinating with IT department.
To be responsible for comparison of package from test and production environment for accuracy of resolution provided by Switch vendor.
Supervising Issuance, card and Pin generation team and guiding them ensuring the quality of service
Responsible for quality service to banks which includes issues, queries, and response.
Coordination with switch and other vendors
Preparation and sending of outstanding credit card sms to customers of respective member banks.

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in BIM, BBA, BCIS or computer engineering. Preference will be given to masters degree.
Minimum 5 year of experience in relevant field(Card operations, EFT Switch, Payment network, database management).
Age should not exceed 40yrs
