Job Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment and selection procedure
- Prepare training calendar and conduct trainings
- Performance Management System
- Maintain and manage the employee's individual file
- Update HR database of all employees
- Monitor attendance and leave record of employees
- Adopt actions as per the HR and Administration Manual
- Grievance handling
- Monitor CCTV reports
- Co-ordinate with other departments
- Manage strategic and weekly corporate meetings
Qualifications:
Preferably MBA (HR specialization) with minimum 1 year of relevant experience or Bachelors Degree in Management with minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Competencies Required:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Strong Computer skills (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to effectively organize and prioritize workflows
- Co-operative, hardworking and responsible
- Nepali typing skills
