Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle recruitment and selection procedure
  • Prepare training calendar and conduct trainings
  • Performance Management System
  • Maintain and manage the employee's individual file
  • Update HR database of all employees
  • Monitor attendance and leave record of employees
  • Adopt actions as per the HR and Administration Manual
  • Grievance handling
  • Monitor CCTV reports 
  • Co-ordinate with other departments
  • Manage strategic and weekly corporate meetings

Qualifications:

Preferably MBA (HR specialization) with minimum 1 year of relevant experience or Bachelors Degree in Management with minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience.

Competencies Required:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and  leadership skills
  • Strong Computer skills (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to effectively organize and prioritize workflows
  • Co-operative, hardworking and responsible
  • Nepali typing skills
