Role overview

To lead, coordinate and facilitate recruitment of employees, volunteers (Youth, national and international), interns, consultants, outsourcing employees on time with right skills sets to achieve VSO's mission.

Skills, qualifications and experience required

At least bachelor degree in management specializing on HRM or any other relevant areas with at least 3 years of experience on recruitment and selection. Strong recruitment experience, including an understanding of global mobility and talent management in an international context
