Job Description

Room to Read Nepal invites applications from interested Nepali Citizens having ability to 

  • Answer all incoming calls and handle callers 'inquiries' including day to day visitors nad relay the messages as necessary
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mails,stamping it and maintain in the register and distribute accordingly
  • Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
  • Assist in planning and preparation of meetings,conferences and conference telephone calls and meeting of management team
  • Handle domestic air ticket,ground transportation,hotel reservation,supply office stationary,manage kitchen and toiletry items
  • Handle petty cash and cheques for the payment to the vendors and suppliers

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field with 3-5 years of related experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali is a must
  • Computer skills including the ability to spreadsheet and wordprocessing programs at a highly proficient level
  • Must have proficient knowledge in the office administration and experience in developing and documenting program progress work in I/NGO
