We could call it a Project Manager, Delivery Manager or Scrum Master. The more important for us is not the title but the skills and the competencies.

Your Roles and Responsibilities
- Planning,?organizing, leading and motivating teams to achieve objectives and safeguard effective service delivery
- Proactively communicating internally and externally to inform key business users and management of activities that have implications on the effectiveness of running the business
- Building and maintaining the customer relationship
- Overcoming communication gap between business requirements and technical specification
- Facilitating different events in the chosen framework
- Work within Agile Scrum or Kanban frameworks, bringing in your own flare
- Recognize situational severity and decide when to push for actionable next steps toward resolution
- Work with cross-functional teams made up of diverse people with varied backgrounds, experiences and opinions
- Responsible for process implementation and focus on continuous improvement
- Develop a method for measuring the results
