Requirement:

•  Formulate a project based on product owner's demand. 
•  Stay organised and maintain a timeline. 
•  Ensure the quality of the delivered product. 
•  Lead and Direct the work of others, manage and delegate work to a team in a project based environment. 
•  Work with team members, to solve the conflict, identify issues and lead resolution efforts. 
•  Receive and give feedback including providing positive feedback when expectations are met and confronting team members when not met.

•  Proven Experience in Managing Software Development.
