Job Description
CIWEC Hospital Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a qualified professional to fill in the following position at CIWEC Hospital, Kathmandu.Academic Qualification:
Bachelor in Medical Laboratory Technology/Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory (NHPC license holder)
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Medical Laboratory.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Hematology, Biochemistry, Parasitology, and Microbiology Investigation.
- Communication skills - Articulate and effective with fluency in both spoken and written Nepali and English. Additional languages like German, French, Japanese, and Chinese would be an added advantage.
- Maintains competence in Laboratory Information systems that is crucial to the quality operations of the laboratory and patient care.
- Actively participates in Quality Improvement Programs essential to ensure that laboratory testing is accurate, timely, and meets customer needs.
- Good teamwork and leadership.
- Good knowledge of computers.
