Job Description

Ashal Chhimeki Nepal (ACN).a counterpart NGO of Good Neighbours International (International Non-Governmental Organization) working in the field of Child Focused Community Development project(CDP) since 2002 in Nepal invites experienced and qualified Nepal nationals to apply for above position for its Community Development Projects in different districts.

Requirements:

• Positions for: Kaski, Parbat, Humla, Bardiya and Kailali
• Select site and community for the implementation of income generation program activities in close coordination with concerned CDPs and other partner organisations
• Form and mobilize farmers groups largely from the parents
• Assist in saving and credit activities carried out by the farmers groups and conducting monthly meeting at field level
• Creation of community awareness on agriculture and small livestock support for Income Generating Activities(IGA) and help in promotion of the farmers product at local and national market in coordination with GOs/NGOs
• School Leaving Certificate with specialized certification in JTA. Minimum 2 years of work experience in relevant field with ability to work with diverse groups of community

Note: Should have good presentation & communication skills in English and Nepali language with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Internet Explorer,Outlook, Word, Power Point & Excel.Should be writing to travel as per need of organization.
