KFA is contributing in the areas of Training, Education and consulting for last 15 years. 

KFA has signed a contract with Himalayan Bank Ltd. (HBL) for managing Bank's Bancassurance (Insurance) Department. In this regard, KFA is looking to hire following Positions for deputation in Himalayan Bank. Successful candidates will be in KFA's Payroll and will be seconded to the Bank.

Position: Head - Bancassruance at HBL -1

This position will be required to manage the department, supervise the Sales Officers and also book large ticket insurance businesses herself/himself. She/he will report to Director - KFA Consulting.

Minimum Qualification: MBA preferably in Marketing/Sales

Experience: At least 3 years Experience in Sales and Marketing of Service Sector companies

Specific Job Requirement: Lead the Term and Hunger to generate Insurance Business and meet Sales Target
