Job Description

Rural Reconstruction Nepal (RRN) is one of the largest and leading Nepali Non-Government Organisation (NGO) working in the areas of community development and policy advocacy. RRN's major areas of interventions/ engagements include (but not limited to) rural development, human rights and social justice - having strategic focus on protecting and promoting economic, social and cultural rights, right to development and peacebuilding from below in Nepal. Its interventions are directed towards promoting pro-poor and pro-people policies and research functions.

 RRN invites application from competent candidates to fill in the above position for DFID/UKaid funded Community Development Programme (CDP). The programme is being implemented by RRN in 18 districts of Nepal.

Requirement:

Minimum Bachelors degree (Masters preferred) in Social Science/ Gender and Development/ Agriculture/Rural Development/ Sociology/ Economics/ Management with at least two years of relevant work experience.

Work Stations

Finance Manager and Administration Manager will be based in the Programme Management Office, Kathmandu and rest of the positions will be based in the respective field offices of CDP.
