What you will be doing

• Design end to end solutions with consideration to customer focused, architecture, maintainability, scalability and quality of the application
• Together with your team, understand the requirement, research, and recommend changes to each other and the product owner to improve application and user experience
• Collaborate with the team to meet the product goals and ship good quality product increments timely
• Maintain quality work delivery making sure that the standards are met
• Provide feedback on team's work frequently, and encourage and promote best engineering practices

Necessary Technical Skills

• Well versed with WordPress themes and knowledge of plugins
• Write optimized, industry-standard, cross-browser compatible HTML/CSS & jQuery
• Knowledge of  various frontend frameworks like React, Vue.js or Angular would be an added advantage
• Ensure that established design standards are consistently and appropriately applied within design work
• Deliver strong design based on business requirements, brand, strategy and user empathy
