Job Description

We are looking for a Front Desk Officer to join our Nepal office. You will be the “face” of the company and will be responsible for the first impression we make.

Qualification: 10+2; additional qualification will be a plus
 

REQUIREMENTS:

– Good interpersonal skills
– Proficient in English and Nepali (oral and written)
– Good knowledge of MS-Office/ G Suite
– Should be tech savvy (web-savvy)
– Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
– Should have good internet skills and etiquette
– Customer service orientation 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Greet and welcome clients
– Answer all incoming calls, redirect them to the concerned department and keep messages
– Receive and forward letters, packages etc. and distribute them
– Check, sort and forward emails
– Keep updated records and files
– Take up other duties as assigned
