CARE Nepal hereby invides applications from interested candidates for the following full time for CARE Nepal's project on Empowering Adolescent Girls (Hausala) in Nepal for a period of 5 years.

Position: Field Officer ( based in Butwal)

Key Responsibilities:

The Field Officer will be responsible for coordination, planning, implementation and monitoring of program activities in the filed. She will coordinate with the School Management committees, youth clubs, community based organizations local community faciliattors, other stakeholders to accomplish project activites. S/he will be also be responsible for program effort to generate new concepts and ideas for enhancing program effectiveness in terms of education and reproductive health. 

Preferred Qualifications and experience: 

Bachelor's degree in Education with a minimum of three years of experience. Experience in working with schools, youth groups and sexual and reproductive health would be an added value. This position is especially reserved for female candidates.
