Job Description

Soaltee Hotel Limited is a Listed Public Company pioneering in hospitality in Nepal. We are hiring people who will be responsible towards strengthening the positioning of our Flight Catering Division "The Soaltee Gate Gourmet" in National & International Inflight Catering and Culinary services.

Position: Executive Sous Chef For existing and upcoming Flight Catering & Airport Lounge

Requirements

Education: 
A diploma or Proficiency Certificate level in Culinary Arts will be an advantage or Graduate with the required experience in Airline Flight Catering Business.

Experience:
Minimum two years of experience in Flight Catering Unit in similar positions with good standards. Comprehensive knowledge of HACCP and occupational health and safety standards will be essential.

Knowledge/Abilities:
Candidates having international exposure and well accustomed with occupational hygiene, mis-en-place & food preparation, food presentation, receiving, storing and Food & Beverge administration in Airlines Industry will be given preference. Involves organizing, developing and supervising the food production in kitchen of the flight catering as per prescribed standards. Includes maintaining budgeted expenses and revenue, ensuring guest satisfaction and leading others.
