Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Regular field visit for lead generation and Sales.
  • Develop trusted partner relationships with key customers to retain and grow revenues over time. 
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing available resources. 
  • Manage complex contract negotiations.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. 
  • Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to HOD. 
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. 
  • Achieve monthly sales target and/or channel goals as assigned by management.
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems. 

Other Specification

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2 years’ experience or Master’s degree with 1 years’ experience in the related field. 
  • Experience in enterprise sales is highly preferred. 
  • Must have strong communications skills (verbal and written) and a strong drive to help customers with creative solutions.  
  • Strong presentation skill is required, both in-person and via teleconference or video conference.  
  • Must be flexible to travel all over Nepal. 
  • Proficient in using MS Office Package. 
  • Must have two-wheeler and a valid license.
