Senior Officer Level
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Management/ Finance/ Statistics with at least 4 years of related work experience Or
Master’s Degree in the field of Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Management/ Finance/ Statistics with at least 3 years of related work experience
Officer Level
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Management/ Finance/ Statistics with at least 3 years of related work experience Or
Master’s Degree in the field of Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Management/ Finance/ Statistics with at least 2 years of related work experience
Junior Officer Level
Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 50% marks or CGPA 2.5 in the field of Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Management/ Finance/ Statistics with at least 2 years of related work experience
Senior Assistant Level
Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 50% marks or CGPA 2.5 in the field of Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Management/ Finance/ Statistics with at least 1.5 years of related work experience
Age Limit
Officer/ Senior Officer Level: Age not exceeding 40 years as on application deadline
Senior Assistant/ Junior Officer Level: Age not exceeding 32 years as on application deadline
JOB PROFILE:
- Responsible for working with Bank’s stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging Bank’s data to drive business solutions for the Bank
- Responsible for analyzing and mining of data from Bank’s database to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies of the Bank
- Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques
- Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets
- Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting and other business outcomes
- Develop analytical framework and test model quality as required
- Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes
- Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy
- Function as a liaison between Digital Banking vendor/service provider and the Banking Services Team for support and project delivery processes
- Collaborate with Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) on new initiatives for channel
- Remain updated on architecture, configuration and various system components (releases) for the Bank’s digital applications, including interfaces & dataflow of vendor components
- Maintain confidentiality of Bank customers
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements of the Bank
- Execution of any other assignments as advised by Senior Executives or immediate supervisor
REQUIRED JOB KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE:
- Professional experience in Relational DataBase Management Systems (RDBMS), Data Mining and Big Data
- Professional experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SLQ, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets
- Professional experience working with and creating data architectures and preferred knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks. Expert knowledge is not required.
- Professional experience in visualizing/presenting data to Bank’s stakeholders using Power BI, Periscope, Business Objects, D3, gplot, etc. Expert knowledge is not required.
- Professional experience working with cloud/hybrid based BI platforms and data warehouses
- Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (GLM/regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests, Random Forest, Boosting, Trees, text mining, social network analysis and proper usage, etc.) and web services: Redshift, S3, Spark, DigitalOcean, etc. Expert knowledge is not required.
- Knowledge on third party analyzing data will be an added advantage like Google Analytics, Site Catalyst, Core metrics, AdWords, Crimson Hexagon, Facebook Insights, etc, & distributed data/computing tools. Expert knowledge is not required.
- Knowledge of Machine learning algorithms will be an added advantage
- Strong problem solving skills with an emphasis on product development
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills (verbal + written) with handling information confidentially and within compliance
- Good knowledge of Office 365 tools and able to present as per need
