Job Description

The Employment Fund (EF), a program funded by Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation and UK Department for International Development and implemented by HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation Nepal, invites applications from Nepali citizen for the following position:

Position: Cluster Coordinator

Duty Station: Employment Fund Secretariat, Liasion office, Ramechhap/ Okhaldhunga (with frequent travel to the training and reconstruction sites in the districts)

Duration: Till December 2016 with possibility of extension

Job purpose: Ensure efficient and effective implementation of training and reconstruction programme and take lead role on monitoring of the process and results accomplished through partners of assigned EFS working cluster.

Required Education and Experiences:

Masters Degree in relevant field is mandatory: Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering will be an advantage. At least 3 years of field level work experience in project implementation and/or monitoring of vocational training.
