Business Development Manager 

Benefit: Excellent Salary+ Mobile Allowance + Fuel allowance + Motorbike + Commission 

Minimum Qualification: MBA/Equivalent + Minimum Two Years' Experience in Similar Industry

Essential Job Function:

1. Directing the development and implementation of sales strategies and setting sales targets in order to maximize the organization's sales and customer loyalty.
2. Directing the development and implementation of strategies to promote the organization's goods and services (Sales of Australian Education)
3. Directing the development and implementation of strategies to generate increased consumption of the organization's goods and services (Education and Migration Services) through the creation and reinforcement of brand image' or 'brand loyalty.
4. Directing the development and Implementation of strategies to build and maintain the organization's image and reputation with its customers and with other stakeholders.
5. Reporting business performance report to director.
6. Supervising staff and direct all Nepal division when necessary.
7. Management and correspondence of the Social Media and media Marketing
8. Provide counseling services to prospective applicants and manage related events and Campaigns.
9. Complete and lodged visa application for visa applicants and guide them to face Visa interview
10. Managing financial resources and budget.
