Job Description

Responsibilities

• Real-time monitoring of system using NMS and the idea of remote desktop connectivity.
• Installation and planning of RF, and cabling operation.
• Familiar with setup and operation of cable and basic networking equipment (RJ45, Fiber splicing, Ethernet cabling).
• Maintain accurate and complete headend documentation.
• Responsible for maintaining the headend in a clean and orderly manner.
• Perform daily checks of RF Levels.
• Perform all the job requirements of all technical field personnel.
• Manual testing of Set-top box and QA.
• Daily reporting to its Team Leaders and Management as per the given form.

Job Specification

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Electronics and communication or any related field.
• Ability to set up and operate DVB headend equipment.
• Basic knowledge of SMS & Billing system, frequency spectrum and the CATV Digital Headend.
• Flexibility to work in shifts.
• Good communication and analytical skills
