Job Description

Himalaya Airlines' network presently consists of Doha, Dammam, Riyadh, Dubai, Dhaka, Kuala Lumpur, Beijing, Chongqing, Kunming and Kuwait sectors. Interested candidates are requested to send in applications for the following post.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement and execute branding activities such as corporate, sponsorship, CSR events etc.
  • Content writing for internal/external communication materials such as reports, newsletter, press releases, presentations, documentaries, company brochures, advertisements and digital media platforms etc.
  • Use search engine optimization (SEO) strategies in writing to maximize the online visibility of company digital media accounts and website in search results
  • Assist in planning and execution of corporate branding/ promotional activities e.g. ATL/BTL/TTL and digital marketing
  • Assist and supervise all administrative functions e.g. budgets/expenses/procurements /agreements/reports, record maintenance etc.
  • Assist in media management and facilitate/ maintain relationships with internal and external agencies
  • Assist in developing & execution of brand audit/survey for measuring departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPI)s and offer suggestions for improvement
  • Assist, supervise and implement process changes to drive operational excellence of brand team
  • Support and coordinate for planning and execution of crisis management tasks of the department
Qualification Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Marketing & Communication /Advertising or related major; MBA preferred
  • Minimum 06 years of working experience in brand management, brand marketing, marketing management, digital media marketing or relevant field
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Nepali, with creative content writing skills
  • Proven ability to work cross functionally with excellent interpersonal and communication and networking skills
  • Strategic thinker and problem solver; able to identify long-term opportunities and for enhancing the brand identity
  • Stay current on market trends and competitive activity
  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of company procedures, formats and standards
  • Ability to set priorities; make decisions within defined parameters; meet deadlines with minimum supervision
  • Aptitude for research, report writing and presentations
