Job Description

• In-charge of Card Operation team.
• Supervise Operation team, set responsibilities and assign tasks among team members for efficient functioning of the unit.
• Co-ordinate with other departments as well as bank for day-to-day operation of NePS.
• Monitor operational performance of NePS and bring about changes for efficiency.
• Co-ordinate with EFT switch vendor, card schemes, member Banks and terminal vendors for any production related issues and resolve them on priority.
• Work closely with Project Department for deployment of projects in production environment.
• Responsible for preparation of KRA/KPI for operation team and keeping the track of same.
• Responsible for overall goal setting for operation team and keeping records for action plans to be implemented in operation department
• Responsible for preparation of project plans with project timelines and status update of project and involvement in overall project execution related to operation department.

• Bachelor's degree in in BIM, BBA, BCIS or computer engineering. Preference will be given to masters degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field (Card operations , EFT Switch, Payment network, Database management preferred).
• Age should not exceed 55yrs
