Job Description
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operations of the office. The candidate will have to support the company through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
Responsibilities:
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Answer phone calls and also support general support to visitors
- Ensure operations of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc
- Support in event management and team building activities organized within and outside of office.
- Receive document, dispatch and delivery related work
- Support managers and employees as per need basis
Qualification & Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 3+ years of proven administrative experience
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Docs
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Valid two wheeler license
Work Hours:
- Full Time(Mon – Fri, 9:00AM – 6:00PM)
