Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Identifying the Old & current Assets of the office 
  • Maintain database of the fixed assets with custodian
  • Issue Assets along with custody acknowledge form 
  • Physical verification of assets
  • To keep proper data of Inventory (Issue, Consumption & Re stocking)
  • To know the minimum re order level and replenish required office supplies on time 
  • Procurement of goods and supplies as per the need of the organization 
  • To properly document each and every procurement
  • To comply the rules & SOP of company while procuring goods
  • Maintain database of Business & Organizational contract with all required details 
  • To Check the contract deadlines and notify the concerned authority for the required action
  • Procurement of required merchandise 
  • Maintain Issue and consumption details of all the items
  • To ensure all the merchandise items are delivered and received by the concerned parties
  • Tracking of merchandising goods 
  • To contact external & government stake holders as required by the company 
  • To draft letters and deliver the same as per the company requirement
  • To keep data of incoming & outgoing letters 
REQUIREMENT
  • Bachelors Degree (Preferably on Management Stream)


Technical Skills:

  • Good knowledge of MS Office Package (Ms Word, Ms Excel, PPT)
  • Knowledge regarding procurement, inventory management, store keeping and expenses


Behavioral Skills:

  • Punctual, Obedient & Hard Working
