Job description:
  • Oversee overall organizational processes and keep in regular touch with the team members of the organization.
  • Assign duties and tasks to team members, follow up regularly and generate required output on time.
  • Bridge the gap between board of directors and the team, while implementing the plans of board of directors.
  • Guide team leaders from all departments and ensure they get the task done in time.
  • Take care of organizational formalities and documentations, as and when required.
  • Hire suitable personnel as required, assign them tasks and follow up regularly.
  • Hire vendors and service providers to facilitate the overall organizational processes and team members.
